Galaxy fans, gather around for the debate of the century! Theme of this month’s Little Box of Horrors is “Star Trek vs Star Wars”. I have offerings from Lemming Lacquer and LynB Designs to share with you. I’m more of a Star Wars fan myself, and have little to no knowledge about Star Trek (sorry!). But I’m sure you’ll find something that resonates with you no matter which team you’re on. Let’s get right to the swatches!

OMG It’s R2D2! I Loved Him In Star Trek is a blue jelly with bright blue aurora shimmer, silver magnetic pull, and silver holographic microsparks. The pointer and the ring finger are magnetized into cat-eye style, shown in 3 coats; the middle finger and the pinkie are unmagnetized, shown in 2 coats; the thumb is in velvet style, shown in 2 coats. This one is so special! Cassie nailed the inspiration!

Voyager Is My Collective is a bright blue jelly with blue aurora shimmer, silver metallic flakes, and silver reflective glitter. Shown in 3 coats. This one is so unique in my collection! The silver metallic flakes really gives off a futuristic vibe!

One Sith, Two Sith, Red Sith, Blue Sith｜LynB Designs
One Sith, Two Sith, Red Sith, Blue Sith is a black to red multichrome base with added red to orange shifting micro flakies. Shown in 3 coats. This one reminds me of the lava scene in Revenge of the Sith. The epic duel between Obi-wan and Anakin is one of the greatest duel in movie history in my opinion!

Little Box of Horrors is a monthly collaboration for indie nail polishes, with themes inspired by horror, paranormal, supernatural, sci-fi, and mystery. Based in the US, the shop is run by two indie nail polish brand owners, Paradox Polish and Wicked Lacquer. The shop opens from the 22nd to the 30th of every month for pre-order. Monthly theme of the following year will be submitted and voted by Facebook group members every September. Makers will then create a shop exclusive item based on the theme.
