It’s been a while since the last time I shared my swatches for Little Box of Horrors. The theme of the month is “Fallout”, and I have 6 beautiful offerings from Lemming Lacquer to share with you. Let’s get right to the swatches!
My Little Sugarbomb｜Lemming Lacquer
First up, My Little Sugarbomb is an orchid pink jelly with orange shimmer, blue to purple microflakes, silver holographic microsparks and a mix of silver holographic glitters. Shown in 3 coats. This one is kind of sheer; nail line is still a little bit visible after 3 coats. I think it’s a really cute color! Looks like strawberry jam to me.

Cowpokes Like Us Take It As It Comes｜Lemming Lacquer
Cowpokes Like Us Take It As It Comes is a deep blackened teal blue with red to orange to gold shimmer and gold holographic microsparks. Shown in 2 coat; although I should have done a 3rd since my nails were longer than usual. With that said, it’s still very beautiful and magical! In the back, I’ve included a comparison with Magician’s Assistant from Beetlejuice collection. They have similar vibes but the color shift of the shimmers are different.

Chaos Is Easy｜Lemming Lacquer
Chaos Is Easy is a purple jelly with red to orange shimmer and orange to pink flakes and green to blue flakes. Shown in 3 coats. This one has a thicker formula, but that’s normal for a flakie bomb like this. The big flakies in this is so very glowy!

Doing The Right Thing Was Never A Waste of Time｜Lemming Lacquer
Doing The Right Thing Was Never A Waste of Time is a Fallout Blue holographic. Shown in 2 coat. This one solidified my love for linear holos! It’s such a stunner!

It Ain’t All Canned Peaches and Marmalade｜Lemming Lacquer
It Ain’t All Canned Peaches and Marmalade is an orange jelly with pink to orange to gold shimmer. Shown in 3 coats. It’s so shifty and glowy!

Everyone’s A Winner. Eventually｜Lemming Lacquer
Last but not least, Everyone’s A Winner. Eventually is a mix of black holographic, red holographic, gold holographic, and silver holographic glitters. Shown here in 1 coat over a sheer beige base. It’s a super cute glitter topper!

Little Box of Horrors is a monthly collaboration for indie nail polishes, with themes inspired by horror, paranormal, supernatural, sci-fi, and mystery. Based in the US, the shop is run by two indie nail polish brand owners, Paradox Polish and Wicked Lacquer. The shop opens from the 22nd to the 30th of every month for pre-order. Monthly theme of the following year will be submitted and voted by Facebook group members every September. Makers will then create a shop exclusive item based on the theme.
