Finally! For the first time in a long time, I’m able to share an Olive Ave Polish collection when it launches! Meet Nocturne collection, a 4-piece winter collection inspired by nighttime, especially after being a mother, thinking about how the darkness brings forth a new day, and where the nights will lead us. Let’s get right to the swatches!
Gratitude
First up, Gratitude is a deep violet cream that’s rich and grounding. Inspired by the way gratitude can brighten even the heaviest days, this shade is a reminder to stop and find something beautiful to hold onto. Gratitude is a returning shade, originally released in 2023 as a part of the Respite collection. Shown here in 2 coats. It has a beautiful and creamy formula, and is almost a one-coater.

MOTN
Next up, MOTN (middle of the night) is a twilight navy cream inspired by the quiet strength of middle-of-the-night moments. It serves as a reminder that you’re not a lone in the dark, whatever you’re going through in your life. MOTN was released back in 2023 as part of the Kaleidoscope collection. Shown here in 2 coats, with the same buttery formula. I love the dusty, greyed-out undertone of this blue.

Aurora
Aurora is a new addition to the OAP catalogue. It is a deep teal cream lit with teal shimmer, like the northern lights rippling across a frozen night sky. The aurora only shows itself once the night is dark enough. Walker hopes that this color can be a reminder that some of the most beautiful things arrive in the quietest hours, as long as we stay open to seeing them. Shown here in 2 coats. This one and MOTN match very well together!

Reverie
Another new member of the family is Reverie, a deep purple cream glowing with gold shimmer, inspired by the promise of light to come on the longest night. Shown here in 2 coats. Gold and purple combo will never not be good! It’s giving such a regal vibe!
