🇺🇸 LynB Designs Fall Magnetics Collection (with October POTM)

LynB Designs’ October launch is coming this weekend. I have two new collections to share with you, along with a new top coat and a polish of the month. For starters, meet Fall Magnetics collection, a 4-piece collection featuring beautifully shifty magnetics. I’ll also be including the Polish of the Month in this post. Let get right to it!

That’s Fall Folks

First up, That’s Fall Folks is a forest green base with red magnetic pull and orange to gold shifting micro flakies. Shown here in 3 coats. The thumb, the pointer, and the ring finger are in cat-eye style, while the other two are unmagnetized. I didn’t include the velvet/black-hole look for this one like I used to, because the effect look too subtle to worth the hassle. Although I don’t think I have a magnetic like this, but the color shift does remind me of some old shades. I’ve included swatches of Espresso (Birthday Truffles), Spellbinding Spaghetti (Oct 2024 HHC), and Synodic (Edge of the Universe) for comparison.

You Autumn Know

You Autumn Know is a deep teal base with copper magnetic pull and green to blue to indigo shifting shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. This is my favorite of the collection! The pointer and ring finger are in cat-eye style; the middle finger and pinkie are unmagnetized; and the thumb is in black-hole style. The coppery yellow shimmer is so bright in black-hole style! I’m loving the contrast between the magnetic shimmer and the base color.

Beyond Be-Leaf

Beyond Be-Leaf is a chartreuse pull with a deep purple base with blue to purple shifting shimmer. Shown in 3 coats. The pointer and ring finger are in cat-eye style; the middle finger and pinkie are unmagnetized; and the thumb is in black-hole style. This one magnetized is absolutely stunning!

Falling for Hue

Falling for Hue is a plum colored base with purple magnetic pull and a rainbow of micro flakies. Shown in 3 coats. The pointer and ring finger are in cat-eye style; the middle finger and pinkie are unmagnetized; and the thumb is in black-hole style. At first, I didn’t think that the magnetic stripe would be very prominent, but I was wrong. It might be subtle in some angle, but it’s definitely there and is super glowy!

Since the other collection, Silly Little Drinks, is huge, I thought I’ll include swatches of Polish of the Month here instead.

Midnight Aurora

Midnight Aurora is a deep magenta base with ghostly green to blue magnetic pull, green and blue ghost flakies with scattered holo micro flakies. Shown in 2 coats. The thumb, the pointer, and the ring finger are in cat-eye style, while the other two are unmagnetized. I didn’t go with velvet for this one either, because the magnetic shimmer is very subtle. I have a feeling that this color might stain, since my peel off base coat was stained pink upon removal. I’d recommend a good base coat to go with it. In the back, I’ve included swatches of Taken for Garnet (You Rock) to compare.

Fall Magnetics collection will be a charity collection; $10 from every quad sold or $2.50 from every bottle sold will be donated to Pollinator Partnership. You can learn more about the organization here. This collection along with the Silly Little Drinks collection and POTM will all be available on October 10th at 11am EST. As always, almost everything in store will be half off with code “DRINKS” from the 10th to the 14th. I’ll be sharing swatches of the Silly Little Drinks in another post. Don’t forget to check them out later.
