Sorry for spamming you all with my backlog posts. With that said, I can’t not share this beautiful quad with you. Meet the Chocolate Box Quad, a 4-piece chocolate box inspired colors that will bring all the sweetness straight to your heart. Before we start, swatches of the other colors from January’s launch are shared in my other post. I will link it at the end of this post. Feel free to take a look after.
Ruby Chocolate
First up we have Ruby Chocolate, a juicy red with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer. Opaque in 2 coats. I love this one so much! I think it’s the kind of red that will complement everyone. Such a power color! I’ve included a comparison with Cancer (The Crab) from last year in the back. The colors might look similar, but the particle size is different.

Bittersweet Chocolate
Next up is Bittersweet Chocolate, a warm toned pinky brown with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer, shown in 2 coats. I’m loving this warm pink! It’s very elegant and soft.

Milk Chocolate
My favorite of the quad is Milk Chocolate, a chocolate brown with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. The murkiness of the chocolate brown base has my heart. I’ve included comparisons in the back with some recent shimmer shades, including Bittersweet Chocolate, The Fluffiest Blanket, and Hot Cocoa. They are not similar at all; the two chocolates are warmer, while the other two are more purple leaning.

White Chocolate
Lastly we have White Chocolate, a creamy white base with pink to orange to gold shifting shimmer, shown in 3 coats. I compare this with some other white shimmers including Coming Up Roses, Cool Whip in My Hair, and Love at Frost Sight. Amongst the four, this one is my favorite. I feel like the base color has a pink tint, which makes the whole mani seems more complete in my opinion.

The Chocolate Box Quad is already available on the site, as well as the Michigan Mysteries collection and other January launches.
