Gather around, fellow magnetic polish lover! ILNP is bringing us a collection with 6 beautiful soft shades made for achieving the velvet magnetic effect. As someone who cannot get enough of velvet magnetic looks, I’m genuinely obsessed with this collection.
Before we start, as this collection is made for the velvet magnetic effects, my swatches are all shown in this form instead of the traditional cat-eye effect. However, velvet magnetic effects are fairly hard to capture with still pictures. I tried my best adjusting the lighting so it hits the nails just right, so I hope you can still see how beautiful these colors are. I will also share a short clip in the end of this article, showing you the effect in motion, and how you can achieve this look. Without further ado, cue the swatches!
Cashmere
First up, Cashmere is a light beige magnetic with holographic flakes, shown in 2 coats. If you have a warm/yellow undertone like me, this will be a perfect nude with a twist. A very beautiful day-to-day color.

Pink Suede
Next up, Pink Suede is a delicate pink magnetic with holographic flakes, shown in 2 coats. It’s hard to pick a favorite from this collection, but if I have to, this one might be it. It is super soft and elegant, a perfect palate cleanser.

Lily
Lily is a soft lilac magnetic with holographic flakes, shown in 2 coats. This color with the magnetic effect reminds me of a thin mist in the mountain, giving out such a tranquil vibe.

Velour
Velour is a mellow sage green magnetic with holographic flakes, shown in 2 coats. This is another one of my favorite. I love a green like this for spring. It’s not a loud color, but still brings out the feel of life perfectly.

Teddy
Teddy is a light teddy bear brown magnetic with holographic flakes, shown in 2 coats. You might thought it looks similar to Cashmere, but Teddy is actually a bit more pink/purple leaning while Cashmere is a warm latte brown. After magnetized, Teddy does look like furry teddy bear!

Velveteen
Last but not least, Velveteen is a warm brown magnetic with holographic flakes, shown in 2 coats. Having had a slightly darker base color makes the silver magnetic shimmer pops.
