Rose Apothecary 2.0
First up comes one of the cult favorites, Rose Apothecary 2.0 is a fuchsia leaning magenta base with Moonstone (aqua to blue to indigo) shimmer. Rose Apothecary was originally launched as an LE in 2021; this 2.0 version is more sheer than the original. Shown here in 3 coats. Sadly I don’t have the original to compare but I believe that the magenta base shows through more in the 2.0; I’m sure you’ll love this version too if you missed the original.

Tea Time with Barbie 2.0
With the original released in 2021, Tea Time with Barbie 2.0 is a bright pink jelly base with orange to pink to purple crystal flakes. Shown here in 3 coats, but 2 looks perfect already; I was just wondering if a third will make any differences. It truly is a gorgeous barbie pink! The flakies will peek through with a more subtle glow under indirect lighting.

Tee Time with Ken
Tee Time with Ken is a new shade to go along with Tea Time with Barbie 2.0. It is a rich cerulean blue jelly base with aqua to blue to green shifting crystal flakes. Again, I did three coats with my swatches, but 2 would work well too! The flakies in this one glows beautifully!

Thankful 2.0
Thankful 2.0 is such a shifty beauty! Originally released in 2020, it is a soft blurple base with strong coppery red to gold to green shifting shimmer and linear holo. I don’t have the original to compare, but I believe the 2.0 is more opaque than the original. Shown in 2 coats.

Snakeskin 2.0
Next up, Snakeskin 2.0 is a bright blue base packed with holo flakes, and scattered red to gold to green shifting crystal flakes. Originally released in 2020, this one for sure is the most sparkly out of this month’s lineup. I can’t be sure if the formulas are exactly the same, but it’s giving me the same vibe as Autumnal Winds, Oodles of Caboodles. Shown in 2 coats.

You’re Simply the Best
Originally released in 2021, You’re Simply the Best is making a comeback with the exact same formula! It is a bright pink base with strong red to gold shifting shimmer. Such a bright magenta shade that will sure make a statement! Shown in 2 coats.

Picture It Sicily, 1922
Okay I know this is the one we’ve all been waiting for! Originally released in 2021, Picture It Sicily, 1922 is a deep peacock blue base with red to gold to green shifting shimmer. It is the same formula as the original, so make sure to grab yourself a bottle or two this time. You won’t be disappointed! Shown here in 3 coats, but 2 is honestly enough to cover the nail line.

Somebody to Love
Somebody to Love is a delicate blurple base with pink to gold shimmer and scattered holo flakes, originally released in 2021. I cannot emphasize how much I love this kind of holo flakies! They’ve added such a gorgeous sparkle to the polish! Shown here in 3 coats, but 2 would work great with opacity too.

Follow Us on Tweeters 2.0
Next up is Follow Us on Tweeters 2.0, a light blue base with aqua to purple shifting shimmer, originally released in 2020. Light blue is not my personal favorite colors to wear, but I actually love this one more than I though I would! I love that softly glowy shimmer. Opaque in 2 coats. A little side note, the shimmers do tend to leave a bit of streaks. Be mindful for you last few strokes if you want the streaks to be nice and neat.

Dachshund Through the Snow 2.0
With the original released in 2020 as one of the Harley’s holos, Dachshund Through the Snow 2.0 a milky gray linear holo. Shown here in 3 coats. This is such a delicate color! I can see myself using this a lot as a base for nail art.

The Grass is Greener Under My Wiener
Another Harley’s holo coming back is The Grass is Greener Under My Wiener, a green linear holo originally released in 2021. Opaque in 2 coats. The holo effect in this one is absolutely stellar! Also, isn’t this the best polish name ever?

It Doesn’t Get Eddie Vedder Than This
Last but not least, It Doesn’t Get Eddie Vedder Than This is a grungy green jelly base with blue to indigo shifting shimmer. This was only release earlier this year, and I can see why it’s already coming back. The grungy green base is so unique! Shown here in 3 coats, but I would also wear it in 2 for the base color to show through more.

The winter rewind shades will be available as an uncapped pre-order from 11/3 noon CT to 11/8 11:59pm CT at Wildflower Lacquer’s website. There will not be collection discount as this is not technically a collection. Also coming alongside the winter rewind shades, the Hard Candy Christmas mystery bags contain 2 polishes in each bag, inspired by Dolly Parton. There will be two types of bags, a shimmer bag and a flakie bag, and they will be $23 each. There won’t be any spoilers but I’m sure they will be amazing! Please allow up to 4 week after the end of the pro-order window for your order to be shipped.
That’s it for my swatches! This will be Wildflower’s last launch of the year as Taylor will be taking December off. I’m super excited for all the colors coming back! Hope you enjoy seeing them.
