Ho ho ho! December is coming, which means Christmas is right around the corner! I got an exciting PR package early November, from ANNY, the largest nail polish brand from Germany. It just so happens that the colors are quite holiday appropriate, so I thought I will share with you before the holiday seasons officially begin.
As mention above, ANNY is a nail polish brand from Germany, that is available in many countries around the world. I actually got my first cuticle oil from them! However, this is my first time trying out their nail polishes. The shades I will be swatching today include two from their latest collection, the N.Y. Diversity, and one from their list of best sellers. Let’s get to the swatches!
Fist off we have Vivid Toffee, a warm dusty rose shade that is perfect for skins with yellow undertone. The opacity is excellent! I did two coats, but it was nearly a one-coater. This shade to me is a great shade for daily use. If for work reason, you cannot wear anything too vibrant, this will suit you very well. Such an elegant color!

Next up we have Golden Ivory, a pale dusty pink with delicate gold shimmer. I used 3 coats for this, but if you have a shorter nails, you might only need two. For a light color like this, the opacity is above average. It is once again a beautiful daily shade. I can see it being a perfect wedding color.

Lastly we have Silent, one of the all time best seller so I’m told. When I share the PR package on Instagram, many people told me that they have it in their collection too. And it did not disappoint! Like many reds in the market, this one has a slight jelly finish. Opaque in two coats, but the jelly like formula makes it look like a juicy apple. As anticipated, it stained a bit, like most of the rich reds do. I would recommend using a good base coat or two underneath.

Overall, I’m very happy with my first ANNY experience. The formula is terrific, very easy to work with. The opacity is great, too. Another feature I absolutely love is their paddle brush. It is one of the best I’ve tried! It fits the shape of my cuticle like a glove. I hope you like my swatches. Aren’t these shade full of the holiday spirits?
