Nude Gift Box。UNT Nail Lacquer

*Products shown are gifted by the brand with no strings attached.*

The ladies from UNT must be very busy lately, because they’ve been coming out with so many new items! One of them is the Gift Box trio with three different color combinations, including the purples, the pinks, and the nudes, which I’m going to share with your in today’s post. The Nude Gift Box contains three beautiful beige/peach shades along with a Prelude Base Coat. I will be sharing my thoughts on the base coat as well at the end of this post. Let’s get to the swatches!

LJ092 “Fade Away” is a perfect shade of milk teas in my opinion, creamy with the right amount of teas inside. Oops, not a food blogger! Excuse me! Anyway, I really like this color and I think it is a great everyday shade to have. If you have a yellow skintone, the warm tone in this will make it very flattering. Opaque in two coats.

LJ095 “Intentionally” is a light peach cream with the same high-quality UNT formula. It’s not streaky or chalky at all! Since my skin tone has a pink undertone, this one fits me very well. Opaque in two coats.

LJ157 “Turn Around” is a beautiful orange that’s perfect for spring. Unlike the oranges we usually see in fall collections, this one is much more vibrant and light. Opaque in two coats.

I’ve pulled out another similar shades from UNT in my collection to do a comparison. Please excuse the middle one from the bottom row; it’s from another Taiwanese brand that is only available locally.

Last but not least, “Prelude Base Coat” is one of my all time favorite base coats. I’ve been using it under 99% of my swatches over the years, even before I started getting PR from UNT. My favorite feature of it is how fast drying it is, making it perfect for swatch-athons.  It is also one of my go-tos while I’m not swatching. Since I usually do my nails at night before bed, using this base coat saves me a bunch of time. Also, I bought one at least two years ago, and there are still 1/3 left even after all the swathces. Another great feature of it is that it self-levels pretty well, leaving my mani a smooth and clean surface. My only complain about this is its plastic-y smell, which is not so pleasant. Despite having the weird smell, it is still 10 free just like all the UNT products; I wouldn’t be very concerned about the safty of it. Just remember to use it in a well-ventilating space.

The three gift boxes are already available in UNT’s Amazon store now. You can use my non-affiliated code “10JEMIMA” for 10% your order. As mentioned above, there are two other trios for the gift box, each containing a Prelude Base Coat and three nail lacquers. The Purple Gift Box includes “LJ129 Paradise,” “LJ131 Breath of Fresh Air,” and “LJ137 Daily Miracles;” while The Pink Gift Box includes “LJ110 No Regrets,” “LJ112 Forever a Promise,” and “LJ120 No One But You.” Since I already have some of these shades, I won’t be sharing the swatches as a gift box. Instead, I will share them as curated seasonal/occasional themed sets. You can click on the name of each color to find my swatches. For those without links yet, I will update the post once I have the swatches posted.

That’s it for the swatches! Let me know what you think of the gift box in the comment. Do you like the idea? Or would you prefer buying individual shades when they are available? You can also follow me in Instagram for some nail arts. Thanks for reading!
