Continuing my journey of catching up on the collections I missed, (oops!) today I want to share the Treats collection from Olive Ave Polish. This collection launched back in late May this year. It’s a 5-piece collection inspired by the little treats that brought us joy when we were young. It’s a very happy summer collection! Let’s get right to the swatches!

Wild Cherry
First up we have a new color added to the OAP catalogue, Wild Cherry is a classic, bold cherry red crelly. Shown in 3 coats. I would be happy to wear just two for a juicy, translucent look. In the bottle, this looks like a dark red, but because of the formula, it actually looks bright and vibrant on the nails. In the back, I’ve included a side-by-side comparison with Kindle from Cultivate collection Pt.2 so you can get a sense of how bright this red is. It is also super glossy even before top coating.

Bubble
Another new member of the OAP family is Bubble, a vivid coral pink cream. Shown here in 2 coats. This one is a typical OAP creme formula, nice coverage with creamy texture! The warm undertone really complements my yellow skin tone.

Pixy
Next up we have a returning shade Pixy. This is a fiery coral with a shimmery pink shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. This is named after Pixy Stix, the powdery, can’t-stop candy that always left you wanting more. The shimmer in here is a bit hard to capture on camera, but in real life, it’s definitely visible on the nails.

EZ
Another returning shade is EZ, a medium purple with cool undertone, inspired by the wildly colored 90s condiment nobody asked for and everybody loved anyway. Shown in 2 coats. It’s giving a retro vibe and I love it! In the bottle, this one looks pretty similar to Lunar from the Celebrate collection. So I put some side-by-side comparison swatch in the back. Lunar is more dusty while Ez is more vibrant.

Skylight
Last but not least, another shade coming back is Skylight. It’s a bright, clear sky blue cream for everyone who remembers the blue raspberry era. Shown here in 2 coats. This color also reminds me of the 70s for some reason. I feel like the undertone of this blue doesn’t look particularly flattering on me, as it brought out the yellow undertone of my skin. I probably won’t wear this as a full mani, but it would be a great color to use in nail arts!
