Some of you might have already seen plenty of swatches for this collection, but I’m sharing mine anyway because these colors are too gorgeous to keep to myself. This is the Illusions collection from ILNP, launched last Friday. This collection was inspired by Alice in Wonderland, and is consisted of 6 super shifty magnetic polishes. Let’s get right to the swatches!
Since this collection is all magnetics, my swatches below will show you different ways of magnetizing them. The pointer and ring finger will be in cat-eye style; middle finger and pinkie will be unmagnetized; the thumb will be in velvet style.
Hypnosis
First up is Hypnosis, a purple base with green to gold to orange shifting microflakes and purple to teal magnetic shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. This one is very magical! The color contrast of those microflakes and the magnetic shimmers are so prominent. I especially love this one in velvet style.

Warped
Warped is a grayish base with green to violet shifting microflakes, and purple to pink to orange to gold magnetic shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. This one is another super shifter! It looks like two different polish when magnetized into different ways.

Misfit
Misfit is an orange to gold microflakes and magenta to gold magnetic shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. I’ll admit that I wasn’t feeling this one originally, because in the bottle, the base color and the magnetic shimmer doesn’t have as much contrast as the others in the collection. But I was pleasantly surprised when I was swatching it. It is definitely not boring! And if magnetic polishes are too much work for you, this one looks good even without magnetizing.

Alice
Next up is Alice, a deep blue to aqua microflakes with gold to yellow magnetic shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. The color combo of this one is very fun! I’m not sure if I’ll reach for it often, but it sure is a unique shade in my collection.

Flip Side
Flip side is a yellow to orange to purple to magenta microflakes with teal to purple magnetic shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. This one might be my favorite of the collection! I absolutely love the teal shimmer! In the bottle, it looks similar to Hypnosis, so I’ve included comparison in the back. Although they have similar vibes, the color shifts are pretty different in my opinion.

Unraveled
Last but not least, Unraveled is an apple green to yellow to gold microflakes, with magenta to orange shifting magnetic shimmer. Shown in 2 coats. The color combo of this one is very interesting! Those gold microflakes cannot be more dazzling!
