When talking about spring collection, pastels are definitely one of the first that came to mind. If you’re a fan of pastels, ILNP’s next collection will sure make your day! Featuring 6 super spring-y pastel crellies (semi-transparent formula that can be built up to opacity) with delicate holographic macro flakes. Let’s dip our toes in spring by looking at the swatches!
Claire
First up we have Claire, a baby pink crelly with holographic micro flakes, opaqued in 2 coats. On the nails it looks very juicy! It reminds me of Holding Hands from Sweetheart collection. I wanted to show the nuance, so I did a little comparison swatch including Claire, Holding Hands, and Dear Diary. Swipe to the back to see. They are actually more similar in the bottle than on the nails. Holding Hands is more opaque, slightly more vibrant, with larger holo flakes. Dear Diary from this collection is the warmest of them all.

Dollhouse
Dollhouse is one of my favorite from this collection. How can I resist such a beautiful muted green? It is described as a mint green crelly with holographic micro flakes. Shown in 2 coats, but you might need a 3rd for opacity if you have longer nails. It is so soft! I think it would be a great everyday color if you’re looking for something that’s not too flashy. I’ve included comparison with Princeton from spring 2014. They have different formulas, but look similar color-wise. Princeton is only a tad darker.

Scrunchie
Scrunchie is a dusty lavender crelly with holographic micro flakes. Opaque in 2 coats. It’s a beautiful, elegant grey-ish purple, complimenting my skin tone very well.

Lunchbox
Next up is Lunchbox, a pastel yellow crelly with holographic micro flakes, opaque in 3 coats. A pastel yellow like this tends to be a little patchy. To avoid this problem, you’ll have to be careful with application: don’t press down the brush too hard when applying, instead, float the brush gently across the nail then allow the polish to self-level. The good thing is that this polish self-levels pretty well! It’s a very cute color!

Low Rise
This one might be the crowd favorite. Low Rise is a soft denim blue with holographic micro flakes. Opaque in 2 coats. I’ve been searching for a muted denim like this for a while, so I’m so happy to add this to my collection. The grey undertone makes it very flattering and does not clash with my yellow skin tone.

Dear Diary
Last but not least, Dear Diary is a soft sherbet pink crelly with holographic micro flakes, shown in 2 coats. This is a warm tone pink that suits my skin tone very well.
