🇺🇸 Lemming Lacquer Resident Alien Duo & More

*Products shown are gifted and I am paid to swatch. All opinions are my own.*

Another super late post! Sorry I was too busy taking care of my health problems since the end of April. In this post, I will be sharing 4 beautiful creations from Lemming Lacquer’s April release. This release include a duo inspired by the show “Resident Alien”, and two stand-alone polishes. Let’s get right to it!

  1. This Is Some Bullshit
  2. Don’t Bum My Stone, Man
  3. The Horrors Persist But So Do I
  4. Even When He’s Dead Sparkles Can’t Stop Shining

This Is Some Bullshit

Let’s start with the Resident Alien duo. This Is Some Bullshit is a green to teal to blue to purple and multichrome with silver holographic sparks, holographic microflakes, and a magnetic pull that shifts from pink to copper to gold. Opaque in 2 coats. This color is basically galaxy on its own! As always, I’ve shown it unmagnetized on my middle finger and pinkie, with cat-eye effect on my pointer and ring finger, and with velvet magnetic effect on my thumb. You can also watch my swatch clip below to see the velvet effect in action.

Don’t Bum My Stone, Man

The other half of the duo is Do Not Bum My Stone, Man. It has a mesmerizing green to gold to copper multichrome base, coupled with silver holographic sparks and microflakes, and green to blue to violet magnetic pull. Opaque in 2 coats. The range of color shifts in this polish is simply mind-blowing! Again, pointer and ring show the polish with cat-eye effect, middle and pinkie show it unmagnetized, and thumb shows it with velvet effect. Check out my swatch clip below to see the effect in action.

The Horrors Persist But So Do I

This next polish is inspired by maker Cassie’s personal experience. The Horrors Persist But So Do I is a deep ruby hue with vibrant red to orange to gold shimmer. Opaque in 2 coats. Cassie’s life has been putting a lot of pressure on her, especially from her mom’s passing sometime ago. Although whether these challenges will take her down is still unknown, she has already push through so much and has realized that she is stronger than she thinks. This polish is inspired by that and her fiery force of will.

Even When He’s Dead Sparkles Can’t Stop Shining

The last color from this launch is inspired by the show “Supernatural”. Even When He’s Dead Sparkles Can’t Stop Shining is a bruised red violet jelly with teal to blue to purple microflakes, lime to gold iridescent shreds, green shimmer, pink-purple microflakes, and silver holographic microsparks. Opaque in 3 coats. It has a buildable base; if you wore it in 2 coat, it would be more of a berry color.
