Look at this line-up! These beautiful colors are all coming next week at April Polish Pickup, under the theme of the month “Album Covers”. Music has always been such an important part of my life. Therefore I’m so excited for this month’s offerings. Let’s get right to the swatches, shall we?
Lover｜Beaux Rêves Lacquer
First up, Beaux Rêves Lacquer is inspired by Taylor Swift’s “Lover”, and will be bringing us Lover. Lover is a baby blue base with intense pink to champagne gold shimmer. Shown in 3 coats. This is extremely shifty! It matches the inspiration so well.

Florence + The Machine Unplugged｜Lemming Lacquer
Next up, Lemming Lacquer is inspired by Florence + The Machine, bringing us Florence + The Machine Unplugged. It is a deep indigo jelly with orange aurora shimmer and holographic microflakes. Shown in 3 coats. I love the shimmer and holo flakie combo.

They Disguise It, Hypnotize It｜LynB Designs
LynB Designs drew inspiration from System of a Down’s Hypnotize album. They Disguise It, Hypnotize It is a red base with blue to purple to red magnetic pull. Shown in 2 coats. As always, pointer and ring finger are in cat-eye style, middle finger and pinkie are unmagnetized, the thumb is in velvet style. The magnetic effect looks much more prominent in cat-eye mode. In velvet mode it’s a bit subtle but still visible if you look closely.

Siempre Viva.000｜PI Colors
Lastly, PI Colors is inspired by the Death Becomes Her Broadway album and is bringing Siempre Viva.000, a purple violet base filled with rainbow color shifting shimmer, leaning magenta while changing to gold, green and blues at the edges. Shown in 3 coats. Such a pretty spring color!

Polish Pickup is the largest monthly collaboration for indie nail polishes. Based in the US, the shop opens first Friday to the following Monday of every month for pre-order, featuring mostly indie nail polishes, as well as some indie jewelries, lifestyle items, wax melts, nail cares, bath and body cares, etc. The monthly shop will have different theme each month, submitted and voted by Facebook group members three month ahead, based on which all the brands will create a shop exclusive item.
